Muffin Tin Monday

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

Since there was no theme for Muffin Tin Monday this week, I just did my own thing... My son ate his muffin tin meal on Sunday for lunch. I had made some Pumpkin-Banana Muffins that morning, so I decided to fill a cup with one of them (stay tuned for a muffin recipe later this week). I also made some spinach and ricotta filled tortellini (the easy packaged kind) with pasta sauce, and some dinosaur-shaped quesadillas. In the second row, there are some dino-nuggets, chopped apples, and bunny crackers. My son enjoyed three out of the six cups this week. I bet you can probably guess which ones...

Yep... Muffin, apples, and crackers. Great lunch! Oh, well... I tried...

I enjoyed his leftovers... :)

Have a great week, everyone!

Pumpkin-banana? I'll definitely have to come back for that. Two popular flavors around here.

That looks like a meal I would enjoy! I can't wait for your pumpkin banana muffin recipe. I've found the perfect banana bread recipe, but I'm still searching for my favorite muffin recipes.

thanks for swinging by the buzz, hey i was told about amazon.com before but when I looked them up before I went to diapers.com I found that box for 56.00 I was shocked... weird how now they are 37.99 but maybe there are two different boxes of size 1-2

I appreciate the help, thanks so much. Diapers get expensive!

Do you think teenagers would enjoy a muffin meal Monday? I'm sure I would get a, "Really? Mom? I'm eating out of a muffin tin?" The little guys would love it,and I bet inside the big guys would, too, plus they'd think I'd gone nuts.

What would you putin a muffin tin for teens? Help me out here! Make me look good!
